on the right here, 19-year-old dzhokhar tsarnaev. the two had been living in this country for at least ten years. the fbi released video and pictures of the suspects seen carrying backpacks believed to have contain explosives. the man in the dark cap is dead. the man in the white hat is still at-large >>> we are hearing from an eyewitness in watertown. andrew kitzenberg being evacuated from his home. he said he saw two men taking cover behind an suv firing shots at officer 70-80 yards down the street. he also saw the men using explosives. >> i was about 35, 40 feet away. it looked to resemble a pressure cooker, what i've seen from other pictures online in the last few days. i saw them light this bomb. they threw it toward the officers. it only got maybe 15-20 yards down. it wasn't very close to the officers. it really created a significant decoy. there was smoke that covered our entire street. at that point, one of the shooters ran toward the officers while still engaging in gunfire. while he was still shooting at them, a few seconds later, the second shooter got back into the suv and turn

, the one they are still trying to find now, dzhokhar tsarnaev was born in kyrgyzstan. his family lives in russia and we're told his father was a public official there at one time. the reason we're told for this extraordinary security in the area of watertown is, of course, because they still don't know where the other of the two brothers, the second bomber is located. they think they know where he is. they believe that's the place they have surrounded and where you just saw kerry sanders reporting but there's a further concern that these two brothers may have had af coccomplices an authorities found another bomb in boston. a device in the charles gate area. they rendered it safe but they are concerned there maybe accomplices. they can't be certain of it. but there's a concern there maybe accomplices at large. you put all of those factors together, and we're told that's the reason for the extraordinary security. there's been a report that one accomplice tried to escape on a train to connecticut. that the train was stopped. we believe now that this is not the case. savannah? >> pete will

a description of a still unreleased fbi video. according to those familiar with what it shows, dzhokhar tsarnaev can be seen removing his backpack at the spot where the second bomb was placed, and acting very differently from those around him when e first bomb blew up. >> this suspect took the backpack off, put it down, did not react when the first explosion went off, and then moved away from the backpack in time for the second explosion. >> federal officials say in the hours after the fbi released photos of the bombing suspects thursday night, investigators had not yet matched any names to their pictures and, in fact, did not even have the tsarnaev brothers in any terrorist data base. only after the older brother was killed in the late night shootout in watertown were agents able to check his fingerprints and put actual names to their case. fbi agents are seeking to interview all the family members and friends of the two brothers, including the wife of the older one, tamerlan. her lawyer says he is talking to federal authorities about how to proceed. matt? >> pete williams, thank you very much.
